Maintain communication with office staff, and real estate professionals
Stay updated on appraisal regulations, industry standards, and best practices
Travel within the coverage areas requested for inspections
Requirements:
Active Virginia State Licensed Appraiser (Certified preferred)
Experience with Total/Alamode software and MLS platforms
Valid Virginia driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle (for local inspectors)
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willingness to sign a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement
Ability to deliver timely, high-quality appraisal reports
